Consumers have the right to complain and get redress from the Consumer Ombudsman, under Law Number 12/2020 (Consumer Protection Act). A Complaint can be filed to the Consumer Ombudsman’s Office by submitting the appropriate form, through our online portal or by way of e-mail to email@example.com

What is the time limit for filing complaints to the Consumer Ombudsman under the Consumer Protection Act?
Any complaints of non-compliance with this Act must be submitted within 6 (six) months from the date of the event.
