Consumers have the right to complain and get redress from the Consumer Ombudsman, under Law Number 12/2020 (Consumer Protection Act). A Complaint can be filed to the Consumer Ombudsman’s Office by submitting the appropriate form, through our online portal or by way of e-mail to [email protected]

What is the time limit for filing complaints to the Consumer Ombudsman under the Consumer Protection Act?
Any complaints of non-compliance with this Act must be submitted within 6 (six) months from the date of the event.
What are the rules of procedure which the Consumer Ombudsman will follow in accepting and investigating consumer complaints?
Consumer Ombudsman will adhere to the provisions of Law number 12/2020 (Consumer Protection Act) and procedures laid down in the Regulation number 2021/R-162 (Investigation Regulation of Consumer Ombudsman).
