Establishing a transparent, equal, and independent mechanism to enable investigation of complaints submitted for violation of Consumer Protection Act.
Educating consumers as to their rights and redresses available to them.
Promote compliance with the Consumer Protection Act through advocacy and enforcement, in order to ensure fair business practice and uphold the rights of consumers.
